At Sealskinz, we stand by the quality of our waterproof accessories and want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
